Change those habits now!

For some reason, spring and summer are always great times to clean and spruce up the house. Why don’t we do the same thing with our lives too? Why don’t we take that same opportunity to assess what is going well, and what is not going so well, and figure out the best way course correct? 


Habits are those actions, good or bad, we take every day. Most of the time they are for our good, but many times they are not serving us well. Bad habits, from losing your temper easily to leaving dishes in the sink can wear us out over time and prevent us from living our best lives. 

The good news is, they can be changed! Is this getting you thinking? Getting you fired up to evaluate where you are? Excellent! Here are some questions to help you do just that: 


  • What are you doing that is working and is that getting in the way of your success?

  • What habits are flat out not serving you?

  • Who or what can help you in making the changes you want?
