That is why I am a coach. I am here to be a sounding board, to give you the “me time” to think through the obstacles that are holding you back from being your best you.
As a professionally trained and master certified coach, my job is not to give you advice; rather my focus is on asking you questions that bring to light the solutions residing inside you. Using proven techniques, my attention is solely on you, my client and your unique situation. By deeply listening and asking powerful questions, your solutions will bubble up to the surface and they will work because they are yours.

My Role:
Leadership coaching has been my passion, because the person who leads creates the experience for all who follow. Leadership coaching helps to make the world a better place. We’re all leaders in some respect, whether we lead on the job, in the family, in social circles, or lead ourselves.
Combining this passion with decades of executive-level HR leadership and coaching experience, I support Ibis Coaching with strategy and positioning to deliver operational excellence for all clients. Keeping abreast of the contemporary thought and evolving strategic challenges surrounding organizations and individuals helps to inform all that we do for those we serve.
