Ibis Coaching offers both 1:1 mentor coaching and a Mentor Coaching Group that grants up to 7 hours of mentor coaching AND provides ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits.

Our group is affordable, fun and convenient

Five, 90-minute sessions via Zoom video.

Small groups for a personalized experience – maximum of 5 in a group.

Each of the 5 sessions provides education on one of the ICF Core Competencies and includes practice coaching with other participants.

Ibis Coaching's Mentor Coaching Group is approved by the International Coaching Federation for 11 Core Competency CCEs. Or, you may elect to receive up to 7 mentor coaching hours plus up to 4 Core Competency CCEs.

Individual, 1:1 Mentor Coaching:
Scheduled at the mutual convenience of the participant and mentor.

How it works:

You record a coaching session; your mentor coach listens and evaluates coaching competency.

A robust debrief session follows, where we review your coaching in detail using our specialized platform, to enhance your skills and increase your coaching effectiveness.
A must for ICF credential applicants!​

Meaningful, competency-based feedback will help you create your best coaching recording(s) for your credential assessment.

Our platform is tailored to ICF coaching. As an Ibis mentee, you have access to your mentor coaching evaluation on this platform, for follow up review after your debrief session.
